Title: FASP Implementation Plan

The implementation plan for the policies and strategies identified in the FASP 2025 was finalized at the November 15th meeting of the Statewide Committee. The plan is available for your review from the "Projects" page. Since funding is limited, during the next round of CFASPP meetings in February 2006, the FDOT Aviation Office will be looking for prioritization suggestions on what portion of the plan the FDOT should fund first.

Title: A380 Study

The need for a study to investigate the impact of incorportating the new Airbus A380 into the fleet of aircraft serving Florida markets was discussed at the July 23rd meeting of the Statewide Committee. The Chair of the Statewide Committee and the State Aviation Manager, Bill Ashbaker, have asked all interested parties to review and comment on the outline. Download the study outline for your review from the "FASP" page, and provide comments to Andy Keith as soon as possible. There will be a teleconference held on August 23, 2005 to finalize and approve the outline. Details will follow.
