Project Description
Belle Glade Airport is installing a solar-powered runway lighting system that is expected to become operational around mid-March 2017. Since this is the first known installation of its type in Florida, the ASO and District 4 are teaming up on a post-installation monitoring project to document and share lessons learned with other airports in Florida. The post-installation monitoring period is expected to last 12-18 months.
