Project Description
The update to the Guidebook was completed at the end of May and is posted on the FDOT Aviation Website. The Guidebook, which provides standards for the development of master plans in Florida, was updated due to changes in various federal and state regulatory guidance along with the desire to make the guidebook more user-friendly. Along with the Guidebook, a two-page master plan brochure was also created that can be used by airports in explaining the master plan process to various stakeholders and the public. Our thanks to the 19 Technical Advisory Committee members who participated in this project.
