Project Description
This project will provide Florida Airports with materials they can use to educate and inform them on how to develop business plans for general aviation airports in Florida. This Florida-specific Guidebook is also being developed to assist local governments and the GA airports to form mutually beneficial partnerships where the development of the airport business plans will better coordinate with the local government’s capital improvements planning and budget implementation.

The project is near completion. Comments on the final draft were received from the stakeholders and the Technical Advisory Committee. A time extension for this project was executed to rollout the guidebook at the FAC Specialty Conference in November 2014.
